Photo tutorial from Shooting Illustrated.  I must warn you.  They cheated by using the pivot pin installation tool.  You haven’t really assembled an AR-15 lower until you’ve chased a pivot pin detent around the shop.  Seriously, though.  It’s much simpler than most people think.
